Your first visit with us... What to expect

Congratulations! You've chosen a wonderful place to bring your child as they embark upon a journey of growth, development, play, and fun! We are so grateful you've chosen us and we hope we can exceed your expectations along the way.

Once you have your first visit booked with us, a few things will happen. You'll receive our Initial Intake Packet in your email. Please take some time to complete these forms, read through our policies, and let us know if you have any questions. Your therapist will be reaching out to introduce themselves as well as to confirm your appointment time. From this point forward, your therapist will be your main point of contact! We believe in the power of relationships, and we want to foster that relationship from the very beginning.

As you enter into our clinic, we hope that you'll feel right at home in our intimate, quaint waiting room. You will notice that we do not have a front desk or a receptionist. Don't worry, your therapist is expecting you and they will be right out to greet you!

Your child's first session with your therapist will have a strong focus on building connections, developing relationships, and establishing trust. These are crucial in developing a long lasting relationship that will be the foundation of your child's therapy journey. We believe in the power of connection and relationships, and we strive to make connections with your child- and with you- from the very first visit.

At the end of your session, your therapist will share insights, go over any questions you may have, and develop a plan for treatment. Don't worry about payment in the office! We keep your method of payment stored in our secure database, and Ashley (our amazing Executive Assistant) will process billing.
